For this project, my good friend & creator Anthony Ruttgaizer asked if I could help him brand his latest independent comic book ‘The First Hero’. Being a life long fan of the medium (& a bigger fan of Anthony’s writing skills) I immediately said yes & started coming up with ideas.

For the premise of the story, everyone who develops superpowers goes insane & the government forms the U.S. ExtraHuman Task Force to hunt them down. And then there’s Jake Roth. When Jake manifests extrahuman powers, but somehow keeps his sanity, he must decide whether to put himself at risk by using his powers to save people or to hide his new abilities while innocent people he could have helped are hurt around him every day.
